Jezera Lovišća Campsite is located on the idyllic Croatian island of Murter, directly on the Bay of Lovišće. It’s a wonderful place with plenty of fun in the water and has an entertainment team that provides enjoyment for young and old. Another highlight: the view over the bay is fantastic! Feet in the water Waking up with a view of the sea sounds like a dream, and the sea is always close by at this campsite. There are sea views from almost everywhere and the Adriatic will not disappoint you when it comes to the temperature. In the high season the water quickly reaches an agreeable 25 degrees. Lovišće Bay is literally at your feet, because you can walk straight from the campsite onto the beach and into the water. Thanks to its sheltered location in the bay, this part of the sea is protected from strong currents, which means that children can swim and play safely. And there is also plenty for the rest of the family to do. Discover the beautiful world underwater while snorkelling or diving, or try water sports such as windsurfing. But a day of relaxing on the beach is of course not such a bad idea. Get things going Your camping holiday here will be full of fun in the water, but that doesn't mean there's nothing to do on dry land. Absolutely not. Young children can go to the mini club and there is a special teen club for teenagers. Entertaining shows with live music are also regularly organized in the evenings. If you feel in a sporty mood, you can challenge yourself and others on the tennis court or play a game of mini golf or beach volleyball. And the good wifi coverage means, it’s also possible to spend some time by yourself with a nice film or series. Dalmatian cuisine There is a small supermarket at the entrance to Jezera Lovišća Campsite where you can get fresh sandwiches and your daily provisions. This is a good way to try to prepare recipes from the Dalmatian cuisine in your own camping kitchen. For the genuine thing, visit the restaurant on the campsite. As you would expect, the menu is full of local dishes and fresh fish and shellfish are an important part of the menu. And you won’t miss the sea during your dinner as you have a beautiful view over the bay from the terrace. Discovery tour of the island Jezera Lovišća Campsite is located on the natural island of Murter. The island is part of the North Dalmatian Islands and being only 17 km² it is easy to explore on foot or by bike. There are numerous cycling and walking paths that take you past beautiful bays, lush vegetation, picturesque villages and small harbours. If you’re looking for some excitement, plan a visit to the lively town of Murter. You will find plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the attractive centre, making an afternoon of strolling here really worthwhile. You can also visit the magical waterfalls in the impressive Krka Nature Park which is about a 45-minute drive from the campsite.
