And of course, after a day of swimming, you deserve an ice cream. Or some yummy French fries. You’ll find several restaurants at the campsite. And if you are staying in a SunLodge, then your luxury camping holiday will be complete! A leisurely camping holiday in beautiful Slovenia We’re sure you have heard by now that Slovenia has stunning countryside. And you can also drive to the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana, in just an hour. The ancient city of Zagreb in Croatia is also within an hour's drive from Terme Čatež campsite. An hour's drive west of the campsite you will also find a beautiful forest area to explore. The cycling and walking there are beautiful. What’s more (the name of the campsite kind of gives it away): on this Slovenian campsite you will find real thermal springs. In fact, these provide the water for the extensive water park. Mega water park! If you enjoy swimming, Terme Čatež campsite is the place for you. Play with your children in the mega water park, practice your breast stroke or race together down the large water slide. Or send your children on a treasure hunt on the pirate island. This large multi-level climbing structure is located in one of the shallow toddler pools. And if they can’t find any treasure there, tell them to head on over to the indoor pool. This pool is home to a real pirate ship! While your kids are having fun there, you can float down the lazy river and relax. French fries, ice creams and sport massages Ever wondered what Slovenian cuisine tastes like? There are several hotels next to the campsite, each with its own restaurant. You’ll be able to find your answer there. There is also a restaurant close to the aqua park. That’s the place for some French fries or an ice cream. You certainly deserve that after an afternoon of swimming, tennis or football. Why not book a massage in the big wellness centre, or spend some time in the sauna. The advantages of a SunLodge at the Terme Čatež campsite If you decide to stay in one of the SunLodges at Terme Čatež, you will be sleeping in the latest generation of SunLodges. These super luxury mobile homes are located on the edge of the campsite, nice and close to the water park. And you can enjoy this water park to the fullest, because SunLodge guests have free (except during the autumn and winter period) access to the outdoor swimming pool twice a day! And if you’d prefer to use the indoor pool, no problem, instead of the outdoor leisure pool you can also choose to use the indoor pool once a day for free (except during the autumn and winter period) (for a maximum of 3 hours). If you want to use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools on the same day, you can do so for a charge. And oh yes, the view from the patio of your SunLodge is really rather nice. It looks out over the green hills in the distance.
